Handling
ARM®
Completelly made of INOX, ARM® is a rotating arm, pneumatically operated, supporting a scale with max. capacity of 30Kg .
It is individually used to make easy the correct positioning of the small container (beaker, bucket, tin) under the dispensing device or in combination with other scales to allow the use of the dispensing device both to formulate mixtures in small and medium-large batches.
ARM® also includes an ascending / descending movement controlled by photocells, which makes it possible to bring the edge of the container closer to the drops collecting plate of the overlying dispensing device in order to reduce the “space” of the product during the dosing phase.
CURVE®
Completelly made of INOX, CURVE® is composed of 4 stainless steel roller sections, each one equipped with its own motorization, synchronized by means of photocells and it is used for the unidirectional handling, step by step, of several containers, mainly tins, queued on the section in front of the dispensing device.
Its characteristic U-shape allows to a single operator to take care of the filling phase of the empty containers and their unloading at the end of the dispensing phase. It was designed to give a high degree of autonomy to the mixture formulation process and it is equipped with a pneumatic centering unit and with the COMB unit which, coming out of the rollers, detaches the container from them during the dosing operations; once finished, the unit re-enters and allows the container to advance up to the unloading position.
GO & BACK®
Completelly made of INOX, GO & BACK® has been studied to facilitate the correct positioning of the drum under the dispensing device and, for this reason, it is equipped with a pneumatic centering unit.
Conventionally operated bi-directionally by a pneumatic motor, it is equipped with the COMB unit which, coming out of the rollers, detaches the container from them during the dosing operations; once finished, the unit re-enters and allows the container to go back to initial position.
LINEAR®
Completelly made of INOX, LINEAR® is a unit with motorized rollers, for the unidirectional movement, step by step, of several containers queued on the section in front of the dispensing device. It was designed to give a high degree of autonomy to the mixture formulation process and it is equipped with a pneumatic centering unit and with the COMB unit which, coming out of the rollers, detaches the container from them during the dosing operations; once finished, the unit re-enters and allows the container to advance up to the unloading position.
SLIDE®
Completelly made of INOX, SLIDE® is composed of three STAINLESS STEEL roller sections, each one equipped with its own motorization, synchronized by means of photocells and is used for the unidirectional movement, step by step, of several containers queued on the section in front of the dispensing device.
The central section of this unit moves on rails in order to clear the area under the dosing unit where, sunk in the floor, another balance is placed.
It has been designed to allow the alternative preparation of mixtures in tins or drums, automatically moved by the roller conveyor, or in big capacity containers, singularly placed by the operator on the plate of the scale, sunk in the floor.
