High productivity together with reliability and flexibility are the characteristics which distinguish our plants for the industrial production of varnish and water and enamel paints starting from pigmented and finishing pastes kept in suitable tanks, dosing with absolute precision each component necessary for the formulation of the various tints and mixtures.


Our company designs, creates and installs complete "turnkey" plants for the production of water paints, enamels and water or solvent-based varnishes, suitable to operate in classified environments, and capable of preparing large quantities (up to 1500 kg with a precision of 2 g) and, alternatively, packed directly in tins (up to 32 kg with a precision of 0.01 g).
To complete the dosing plants, we propose systems which automate movement and mixing operations of the containers so making them functionally independent.
