The solid experience acquired by our company in the textile sector makes it possible for us to offer ourselves as a qualified partner in designing, creating and installing complete plants on the customer's premises, for:
· Preparation of scouring and bleaching baths and use these to feed point-blank and dye preparation lines.
· Dosing of the fluid products, acids, auxiliary and colouring liquids used in the various operations and their return to the dyeing apparatus.
· Preparation of dyeing baths with pad-beach or pad-steam technologies, starting from dissolving powdered colorants and preparing alkaline solutions with which to feed the dosing pumps supplying the dyeing foulards.
· Preparation of thickening agents, master colours and pastes for textile printing by means of complete plants which operate completely automatically.
· Preparation of finishing baths and with these feed the foulards supplying the rameuse.
